ABOUT OGUNLEYE WALE
I am a data-driven researcher and leader with over ten years of experience in development and agriculture. My mission is to add value to humanity through high-quality research that informs and improves policies and programs. As the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Lead at One Acre Fund, I manage a team of analysts and coordinators who design and implement surveys for impact measurement across different business units. I use Stata and Excel to analyze the data, calculate the impact, and produce reports with actionable recommendations for the country program. I also track the implementation of the recommendations and monitor the progress and outcomes. Previously, I worked at Innovations for Poverty Action, where I coordinated and supported several projects on topics such as health, education, and governance. I have a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and a visiting scholar certificate from Michigan State University in Agricultural Food and Resource Economics. I am proficient in electronic data collection using SurveyCTO and I have strong skills in budgeting and stakeholder management.
