My background and experience prepared me to advise organizational leaders, employees, and individuals on a wide range of topics, ranging from sophisticated business strategies to securities, probate and real estate law and other legal matters. With extensive experience as counsel for thirty plus years, I can effectively litigate probate matters and reduce the legal risk and cost for individuals and businesses. Also, I present complex technical issues to others in a way that is easy to comprehend. I am a member of the D.C. Superior Court, Probate Division, Fiduciary Panel, a former member of NASD New York District Business Conduct Committee and admitted to the District of Columbia Bar in good standing.In addition to technical expertise, I am a competent legal advisor who can see all sides of an issue and successfully work out agreements between parties.
