ABOUT OGECHUKWU IKE
I work across Service Management, Operations Analysis, Product Management, Data & Policy Analysis, Project Management, and Process Improvement, delivering practical solutions that improve service performance and operational efficiency. As an Operations Analyst at Ofgem, I analyse operational data to monitor service performance, regulatory processes, and operational risk. I use Excel and Power BI to investigate datasets, validate records to support regulatory reporting. I review workflows, document operational procedures, and implement process improvements that reduce delays and improve service delivery. In my work across Data & Policy Analysis, I interpret operational and regulatory data to support policy implementation, performance monitoring, and evidence-based decision making. I produce operational reports, data analysis outputs, and policy insights used by internal stakeholders. I also apply a Product Management approach to service and digital solutions—translating business needs into functional requirements, improving user experience, and supporting the development of tools such as data dashboards and operational reporting systems. Alongside this, I work as a Front-End Developer, building responsive interfaces and data visualisation tools using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. These applications present operational and analytical data through interactive dashboards and web interfaces, improving accessibility and usability for teams. I contribute to delivery in a Project Manager / Project Coordination capacity, supporting project planning, task tracking, stakeholder communication, and implementation of service improvement initiatives using structured delivery approaches. Earlier in my career at Sterling Bank, I worked in Service Management, leading day-to-day operations and supervising teams delivering banking services. I analysed service performance, resolved operational issues, and implemented process improvements that improved service efficiency and customer experience. I hold an MSc in Data Science and Engineering from the University of Dundee, with hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, statistical analysis, and data modelling. My work focuses on combining data analysis, operational insight, project delivery, and digital tools to improve:• Service operations and operational performance • Data-driven decision making • Policy and regulatory reporting • Project delivery and operational change • Process improvement and workflow optimisation • Digital dashboards and data visualisation • Product Management.
