Where are you from?” “What’s your passion?” “What’s your ultimate ambition?” These are the questions that start me on the path to getting to know you, and once you answer these questions, I’ll have ten more waiting. What defines me? My need to know. Ultimately, my need is that of understanding. I love to discover what drives individuals. This need frequently manifests in questions that may not seem relevant, but with every response I learn just a bit more than I knew before, and every piece informs the totality of you. It’s that need to understand people that drove me to earn a BA in Journalism, and it’s that same need that led me to Hall and Partners, to The Wonderful Company, to Hulu, and to Netflix - all companies that thrive on understanding consumers and their relationships to brands.
