Implementation of agile methods and processes and help teams put into practice agility in their way of work. • Effective use of the Kanban board to uncover bottleneck, limiting WIP and maintaining flow of value. • Helping teams to work quality and reduction of technical debts by bringing to focus Code Review, ATDD, BDD, Paired Programming/Mob Programming, Pair Work etc. • Coaching the team and the PO in Lean-Agile practices, creating an environment of mutual influence by guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum/XP practices. • Providing visibility on stories using metrics and KPI\'s to display scrum teams progress (Velocity trend, estimation variance, Scope changes, Commitment reliability, defect leakage, burn-up and burn down chart).
