Bridging Science & Soul I walk in two worlds: one grounded in clinical science, the other rooted in holistic healing and the sacred. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Adjunct Professor, and Research Trial Therapist, I bring expertise in Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and evidence-based trauma and addiction care.At the same time, I carry tools from traditions that reach beyond the clinical—Yoga, Clinical Hypnosis, Reiki, Mindfulness, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Integration, among others. I see healing as both evidence-based and alchemical: a process that awakens the body, mind, and spirit to their own innate capacity for transformation.My work flows across many spaces: my primary focus is serving veterans within the VA, with part-time roles supporting research with MassGeneral Brigham and the VA on psychedelics for PTSD and addiction and teaching at Simmons University. No matter the role, my guiding principle is the same: to be both clinician and healer, weaving together rigor and ritual, science and soul, to help people remember their wholeness.
