Leadership and Professional Experience Served for over twenty-five years in the collegiate world. Worked with local churches and associations along with school administration to establish a Baptist Collegiate Ministry at Maui Community College. Developed a discipleship/evangelism curriculum and program at Oklahoma Baptist University (OBU) with a four-year scope and sequence as the Baptist Collegiate Minister. Developed a global approach to discipleship across academic and administrative areas in collaboration with Residential Life, Student Services, and University Athletics at OBU. Co-created an Emerging Leaders program at OBU in collaboration with Residential Life, Student Leadership & Engagement, and Global Outreach. Provided oversight and supervision to five major areas at OBU with twenty-four full time employees and over a hundred and twenty-five student employees. Have served for 5.5 years at Reaching Souls International leading, expanding, and overseeing a multi country international ministry that has a nine-million-dollar + budget and provide leadership for 2400+ national missionaries and 25 US Staff.
