I have more than 11 years of experience in media and communication and I\'m always eager to learn and grow. Most recently, I worked as a senior content developer at Amazon and specializing in customer support, project management, content creation, and optimization for Emerging Devices. My role involved collaborating with stakeholders, driving content projects, and leveraging data to enhance the global customer experience. Additionally, I lead DEI initiatives in my department, as well as the Black Employee Network in the NY Metro area.Apart from my work at Amazon, I co-host The Black and Snerdy Podcast, a pop culture podcast that aims to destigmatize mental health and uplift the culture. With my web content, editorial, and social networking skills, I create and promote engaging and informative episodes covering topics such as racial justice, mental health, and culture. My goal is to use my voice and platform to amplify the stories and perspectives of marginalized communities and inspire positive change.
