Conducted in-depth research and experimentation utilizing Nike’s diverse and expansive data landscape to validate and refine various retrieval and ranking models, including Large Language Model-based, personalized, and multi-objective models, to enhance search relevance and ranking performance on Nike.COM and APP platforms.Built and maintained robust production data, model training, and model serving pipelines within Nike’s MLOPs ecosystem, while ensuring seamless integration and operation efficiency.Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams of business and engineering stakeholders to conduct A/B testing of models. Spearheaded a strategic data science initiative in partnership with voice-of-consumer stakeholders, conceptualizing and implementing a proof-of-concept text analytics and Natural Language Processing (NLP) tool to extract actionable insights from consumer data to drive informed decision-making and product improvements.
