Odina is an Associate Account Director with over six years of experience in performance media buying across paid social, search, display, connected TV and many other channels. Odina joined Gupta Media with a background in non-profit and higher-education marketing. Since then, she has been insuppressible – expanding her expertise across verticals including B2B, entertainment and eCommerce.Outside of her “9 to 5”, Odina is also the Chief Marketing Officer for DIG, a 501(c)(3) that makes the path to recruiting easier for student athletes from disenfranchised communities. The program provides financial assistance for families to afford club volleyball, an important part of recruiting for college volleyball. The program also emphasizes helping the athletes become well-rounded young adults by working with partners to provide free workshops about topics such as mental health, mindfulness, growth mindset, financial literacy, and so much more. Odina has an intense passion for all things surrounding DEI and social justice. She has created and co-led Gupta Media\'s BIPOC ERG, Tapestry. Odina is also part of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce\'s Transformation DEI Certificate Spring 2022 cohort.
