I am a Financial Services Expert who has grown from a collector in a call center to a CEO of a financial services company. Over the past two + decades I’ve learned from the ground up the importance of customer and client service managing private membership RV parks, supervising Cash Processing and Merchant Services staff and procedures. My primary focus has been client management and communication.
