If none, commission systems back to the network.• Conduct research on new and evolving threats and vulnerabilities using security blogs.• Conduct log analysis using Splunk•Investigating the causes of incidents, documenting findings and seek resolution•Escalating unresolved incidents according to agreed procedures•Documenting and closing resolved security incidents according to agreed procedures.Acting on security alerts, incidents, requests, and events to ensure that threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches are managed to minimise impact to customers
