Responsible for designing, configuring & troubleshooting the entire Enbridge network infrastructure across Canada and the USA.• Responsible for designing, configuring & supporting various Cisco switching gear such as Nexus and Catalyst platforms • Responsible for designing, configuring and troubleshooting wireless infrastructure that consists of about access points & Wireless LAN Controllers configured for high availability. This also involves ensuring security of the Wireless & the attendant wired infrastructure.• Responsible for support & deployment of the SDWAN infrastructure using Versa technology.• Responsible for managing, configuration and troubleshooting the ISE infrastructure ensuring client devices adhere to the specified security posture assessment.• Responsible for Network Automation and Configuration management using Ansible Core and Tower• Responsible for ensuring full network performance visibility of the Internet edge and firewall network using tools such as Solarwind, Splunk etc.• Responsible for evaluating the impact of changes/parameter optimization on the Network • Responsible for data analysis which I use to generate network statistical analysis, reports as well as for trend analysis.• Responsible for providing network and business insights on the Network to the business• Responsible for analyzing KPIs and measurements that reflect customer experience and advise/configure policies that enhances network usage• Responsible for driving the Change and Incident Management process using ServiceNow platform
