With over 29 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, I am a passionate and dedicated corporate recruiter at Interim HealthCare of the Upstate, one of the largest and most reputable home health care providers in the country. I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified and compassionate caregivers, nurses, and therapists for our clients and patients. I also provide team building and training support to ensure our staff are well-equipped and motivated to deliver high-quality care. I have strong skills in recruiting, team building, training, communication, and problem-solving, as well as domain expertise in healthcare and home health care.
