For nearly 15 years, I’ve helped companies, boards, stockholders, and executives navigate and resolve complex corporate and commercial disputes — especially those involving Delaware law. My practice focuses on high-stakes matters such as stockholder rights, M&A litigation, business divorces, fiduciary-duty claims, “books and records” demands, and disputes arising from corporate transactions.Clients trust me for clear, practical advice and strong courtroom advocacy. I have tried cases to verdict involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, board composition, restrictive covenants, product liability, and post-M&A disputes.In addition to Delaware litigation, I handle governance and M&A disputes in jurisdictions around the country, and I represent trustees in litigation involving Delaware trusts.
