Currently serving as CCO and Managing Director of Legal and Compliance of Motive Partners overseeing all aspects of legal and compliance for global asset manager.Previously spent about 3.5 years as the CCO of Fifth Wall ventures. Building out and institutionalizing their international compliance program and managing all global regulatory matters.~5 years at SoftBank, first with the SB Investment Advisors and later with SBLA Advisors managing the design and build-out of U.S. and international compliance programs with a focus on \'40 Act compliance, capital markets compliance, conflicts/risk management, domestic & international marketing, and transactional diligence and support. Prior to SoftBank, I was at Kirkland & Ellis where I focused my practice on the formation, structuring, marketing, management and regulatory compliance of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, as well as the legal, regulatory and operational issues faced by their sponsors.Completed a masters degree program at Duke University School of Law focusing on legal and business issues relating to venture capital finance and the formation, management and sale of emerging companies at various growth stages Admitted to NY Bar in May 2013 Admitted CA Bar in May 2015
