Oded Shorer is a designer, entrepreneur, and social impact innovator with nearly two decades of experience turning ideas into tangible products and solutions. He is a Senior Program Manager at NYC FIRST, where he spearheaded the creation of a STEM Center at the Andrew Freedman Home in the Bronx—a makerspace and community hub that serves youth, artists, and the local community.Alongside his role at NYC FIRST, Oded leads Milestone Studio, a design and innovation consultancy that helps companies, universities, and public sector partners unlock purpose and impact through design methodologies. He collaborates closely with Cornell Tech as a crit and industry advisor for their startup programs, supporting early ventures at the intersection of design, technology, and entrepreneurship.A firm believer in sustainable impact methodologies, Oded has intentionally shaped his career around the trifecta of design, education, and technology.
