My responsibilities include championing strategic initiatives, streamlining processes, and managing programs that impact major productions and digital platforms.Key Projects:• FIFA World Cup 2026 (Current) – Managing all Operations & Technology aspects for Telemundo’s coverage of the largest World Cup ever, spanning multiple host countries and advanced REMI workflows.• Launch of FAST Channels – Noticias Telemundo Ahora & Telemundo Deportes Ahora – Oversaw technical planning and execution for two 24/7 FAST channels on Peacock, introducing new workflows and virtual production for live news and sports.• FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023 – Delivered seamless coverage using remote and virtual production technologies.• FIFA Men’s World Cup Qatar 2022 – Co-managed all projects at Telemundo Center, handling 85+ live feeds from Qatar. Our REMI production featured physical and virtual sets, AR graphics, and a new on-air graphics package. Coverage achieved record-breaking viewership with a TAD of 2.58M, up 14% from 2018.• Tplus Copa Mundial 24/7 FAST Channel – Led all technical efforts for Peacock’s World Cup channel, featuring 115 hours of archive content, 85 hours of live shows, and a virtual set powered by Unreal Engine. Despite being available for just over a month, the channel generated 12M hours of consumption and ranked as Peacock’s No. 4 channel of 2022.
