As a leader in student-athlete development I address issues of identity foreclosure, transitions, healthy relationships, Give guidance and mentorship regarding, Athletic-ID, Scholarly-ID, Social-ID, Professional-ID, and Spiritual-ID.As an educator my goal is to create a learning environment that allows students to develop their scholarly voice. This is a critical aspect of the learning experience that cultivates their personal leadership styles. As a consultant my goal is to relationally invest in the companies/organizations I partner with to address needs such as culture, conflict resolution, mentoring, leadership, and the power of the locker room.
