Octavio was also responsible for managing the Reporting and Business Analytics Program that developed and created executive-level reporting for Control Executives, Operating Committee Members, and Enterprise Information Technology Chief Information Officers. Octavio implemented an application security program that improved secure coding practices and mitigated external-facing application risks by 80%. Octavio\'s most recent role is with Jack Henry Information & Cyber Security, where he serves as Director of Identity and Data Security. In this position, Octavio developed and implemented the organization\'s IAM strategy, designed and maintained the organization\'s IAM infrastructure, ensured the security and privacy of user identities and access, managed identity lifecycle processes, led IAM projects and initiatives, developed and implemented IAM policies and procedures, and provided training and support for IAM-related issues.
