Responsible for providing administrative support services such as receiving visitors and LMS data entry. Provides assistance to departments and providers by responding to requests for Epic training. Utilizes hospital and process knowledge to provide assistance with communications by answering, reviewing, directing, and transferring calls; taking messages; evaluating and resolving caller requests, issues, and questions; and ensuring discretion and confidentiality in communications. Responds to questions /inquiries from employees throughout the organization regarding education and training programs and activities. Coordinates the administrative aspects of New Employee Orientation as it relates to Epic Training. Conducts special projects, as assigned. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
