Diagnose both physical and software issues and resolve present impairments for largecustomer accounts like Corewell Health and Meijer Lead technician for Altus cart (mobile hospital desktop station) operations performingdiagnostics, repairs, coordinating transit and receiving procedures while overseeing up to 6employees Go on-site to assist with client projects and on occasion help with leading, planning, and coordinating project efforts within confined time-lines. Work with other client IT staff with employee tickets, perform installations of TV\'s, full desktop stations, and hardware removal. Clients such as but not limited too Corewell Health, Metro, Hermon Miller, Perrigo, and others. Successfully have completed two Perrigo projects, first was a complete installation of over 500 monitors between one co-worker and I within a two week period. We met the deadline and achieved completion of on-site deployment. The second project, I lead as official on-site manager coordinating with Perrigo, MCPc, and team of 10 individual technicians. We completed successful install of 1200 monitors between three whole buildings within a two and a half week period.
