Develop publicity for the hospital through informational and promotional mailings, press releases, event planning and social media- Maintain hospital website utilizing software and HTML coding- Organize and distribute the hospital quarterly newsletter to over people- Manage and prepare email distributions for the community with information on the hospital and events- Plan, coordinate, and implement over 15 special events a year including heath, community, children and senior fairs- Create a quarterly physician newsletter to be distributed to over 500 physicians; promote over 40 physicians and 30 service lines yearly; generate a monthly employee newsletter to be distributed to over 2,500 employees and volunteers- Maintain current content on internal communication boards, system website and social media sites- Monitor and update hospital social media weekly; construct weekly blogs for the hospital- Conduct research, interviews and provided feedback to hiring managers on interns- Collaborate with Director of Career Services at Universities to recruit interns- Actively seek feedback from interns to improve the program
