ABOUT OCTAVIA COOPER
I am currently an Underwriter for the UK Casualty and Property team in London. This involves writing corporate multinational programmes as well as working on other business areas such as broker facilities programmes and incoming US business. Having completed the two year Graduate Programme in 2021 I was fortunate enough to rotate around AXA XL’s business functions. This included Cyber, Finance, Strategy, Claims and Actuarial which has enhanced my wider knowledge. I have also spent time working abroad in Paris and New York working with colleagues across the globe to execute our internal strategic objectives. Outside of work I enjoy travelling when I can and trying to learn golf which I recently started….proving to be a constant challenge!
