Performs timely routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities on a range of medical equipment, including dialysis machines (Fresenius K, K2, Blue Star T, and BBraun Dialog Plus), as well as water treatment systems (CWP 106 and 23G). These tasks are carried out in strict accordance with the manufacturer\'s recommendations and established company policies and procedures. Additionally, I am responsible for upholding the aesthetics of the equipment and water room.• Coordinates and executes scheduled and unscheduled routine repair and maintenance of the physical plant, utilizing company-approved vendors to ensure optimal facility functionality.• Conducts preventive maintenance on various ancillary devices such as O2 Concentrators, Hoyer Lifts, Centrifuges, and others, adhering rigorously to manufacturer guidelines, company protocols, industry standards, and local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.• Manages the procurement and inventory maintenance of service parts from approved sources, overseeing the timely return of Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and warranty parts as required.• Conducts water/dialysate sample collection and processing, actively participating in the evaluation and reporting of quality results in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.• Maintains meticulous documentation of daily, weekly, and monthly repair and maintenance activities, ensuring full compliance with relevant policies and procedures.• Updates project tracking and other company tracking/documentation systems as assigned.
