ABOUT ORIANA CHIRINOS
As a former gymnast and Rhythmic Gymnastics coach, my foundation in sport is rooted in lived experience. Discipline, resilience, performance under pressure, and athlete development are at the core of my development. Coaching competitive gymnasts and supporting young volunteer leaders strengthened my passion for creating safe, empowering environments where individuals can grow both personally and professionally.Today, I contribute to the sector at a strategic level as a Non-Executive Director and through my role at British Gymnastics, where I support operational delivery, impact measurements, and cross-organisational projects, alongside driving Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. I am motivated by strengthening governance, leadership and community impact to help sport become more inclusive, sustainable and athlete-centred.
