As a litigation lawyer, I am focused on helping clients navigate complex legal disputes, at minimal cost, all across Ontario. My practice encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, including real estate disputes (residential and commercial), contract breaches, professional negligence, consumer protection issues, civil fraud, employment disputes, debt collection and enforcement, small claims, landlord-tenant board matters, defamation, and construction disputes. In my work, I strive to deliver results-oriented solutions tailored to each client\'s unique situation. I have significant experience handling breaches of agreements of purchase and sale and commercial tenancy disputes. Notably, within my first year of practice, I successfully argued a motion for summary judgment dismissing a claim based on a contractual technicality. To date, I have assisted over 50 victims of fraud and misrepresentation and have appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
