Key missions- Lead creative direction and design for full 360° campaigns (print, digital, video) across multiple strong-identity brands: Aqualung, Aquasphere, Apeks, and Military Professional- Act as creative lead for all product and marketing materials, including Buyer’s Guides, packaging, POS displays, and e-commerce visuals — working closely with R&D and product teams- Oversee art direction for photo and video shoots: from briefing and talent selection (photographers, videographers, models) to on-site supervision and post-production follow-up- Manage end-to-end creative projects: timeline planning, stakeholder coordination, and final delivery- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and innovation teams to ensure visual alignment with brand strategy.
