Working with Planned Parenthood North Central States initially as an external consultant through Salo I was presented the opportunity to join the organization as an internal consultant. With PPNCS I have continued to provide primary support in employee relations coaching and leading fact finding concerns. Employing a Just Culture methodology when considering employee relations, I support management in looking at concerns from all perspectives, identifying gaps in understanding, and recognizing and eliminating bias in decision making. It is an intentional process with the goal of creating an environment of compassionate accountability. Key areas of responsibility include: • Performance Management • Employee Relations • Labor Relations • Accommodation Management • Unemployment I also serve the organization as a member of the management bargaining committee as we negotiate our first labor contract.
