ABOUT KATHERINE OCAÑA
I\'m a sustainability strategist, process improvement specialist, and project consultant with 9 years of experience driving transformation across industries such as beverages, transportation, automotive, chemicals, services, and the public sector. I’ve led global sustainability strategies, managed ESG initiatives, and delivered process optimisation projects that achieve measurable results. With a focus on collaboration, inclusivity, and long-term impact, I support diverse teams in embedding sustainability into core operations and turning purpose into action. Currently, I’m in the dissertation stage of my MSc in Global Strategy & Sustainability, where I’m exploring how to connect sustainable business growth with ethical supply chains, bio-based materials, forest conservation, and fair trade models that uplift Indigenous communities.
