I have several project management certifications (PMP, CSP, CSM, etc,) and have experience in using many software development methodologies that lead to project success and delivery. I am a seasoned presenter having presented white papers at the North America PMI Global Congress, IBM\'s Innovate Conference, and local and regional project management conferences since 2010. I have personally taught over 200 IT professionals in the art and science of project management; with many successfully receiving the project management professional certification.Accomplishments:* Within 6 months of my arrival, delivered the global implementation of ServiceNow – a foundational platform for delivery of IT services across the globe. This project drove standardization of tools and processes across global teams, promoted organized service management, improved decision making, and rationalized multiple disparate tools with one global tool. With its delivery, the ServiceNow platform has increased business productivity and improved service delivery, while minimizing service disruptions and their impact on the business.
