With over 20 years of experience in IT, I specialise in Agile leadership, Digital Delivery, and driving high-impact transformations across various industries, including Retail, Telecoms, Media, Insurance, and Banking. As an Agile Delivery Lead and Senior Scrum Master, I’ve successfully led complex projects and transformations, helping organisations transition to Agile methodologies, optimise delivery processes, and accelerate business outcomes.My expertise spans the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from design and development to testing, automation, and DevOps. I am a passionate servant leader, committed to coaching and empowering teams to become self-organising and high-performing. I thrive on fostering collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement to drive team success and business value.Throughout my career, I have successfully delivered transformative results, such as leading the Agile transformation for global teams, improving collaboration, and achieving faster time-to-market.
