I have founded and/or run several tech and CPG companies; and I have had my share of failures. Learned a lot from them. Just don\'t have them on my LinkedIn.(There needs to be a LinkedIn for all the failures we entrepreneurs have.)These companies were built in partnership with spectacular executive teams and based on strong cultures. My father always said, “The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing.” At each of these companies, our \"main thing\" is culture. We are obsessed with it. As Chairman of Linden Lab, I am once again reminded how great it is to work with incredibly talented individuals who love what they do.
