Responsibilities Include:Inspection and auditing of safety administration programs within all Bluegreen lodging portfolio. Facilitation of safety compliance and assurance for state, county and federal safety regulations. Full spectrum auditing and inspection of all property safety programs, physical hazard assessments and security systems. Partnership with property leadership to address and mitigate safety hazards and assure safety compliance as required. Providing safety training to staff and leadership for compliance of safety regulations for lodging facilities and safety behavior modification. Full spectrum auditing and inspecting of resort services and material contents. Physical inspection and reporting of lodging facilities, physical structures, amenities and goods. Partnership with resort leadership in improvement of service deficiencies and processes. Providing training to lodging facility staff and leadership for compliance to BG standards.
