Spearheaded the development of the Geospatial Knowledge Infrastructure (GKI) Readiness Index 2025, synthesising 65 indicators from over 350 international policy sources. The United Nations Statistics Division and the United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management validated and approved the approach.• Authored the policy chapter of the Survey of India’s national report presented at UN-GGIM 2025, New York. Collaborated with ministerial Secretaries to monitor and evaluate India’s geospatial policy, which was internationally recognised for advancing integrated geospatial governance and innovation.• Orchestrated and led high-impact Geospatial Knowledge Infrastructure (GKI) capacity-building programmes for over 30 senior policymakers and advisors from National Mapping Agencies across fifteen countries, including the GKI Training Tokyo, GKI Training at GeoGov Middle East (UAE), and GKI Executive Workshop (GSI India). I also secured multi-agency institutional endorsements and over USD in strategic funding to advance geospatial readiness and policy innovation at both national and international levels.
