I started my career in agile startups, and previously worked in Google then finally narrowed to my niche.I’m good at information hierarchy to reduce cognitive efforts and crafting intuitive, accessible, and appealing interfaces to build brand awareness; translating ambiguous and complex problems into clear roadmaps and feasible design solutions to ease the functional flow, and smoothen the end-user experience.Also as a UI design system designer, I’m good at UI design systems strategy and UI library management; I am also a wizard of Figma & Adobe CC, producing high-quality industrial standard prototypes to help communicate the design concept. I also excel in collaborating with front-end engineers. I am familiar with JS frameworks and translate the design into explicit CSS/HTML/JS attributes to facilitate development processes. Career Path:In my early career, I’ve designed enterprise desktop applications from end to end to facilitate lawyers’ daily paperwork, and help hotel managers & tech supporters search and digest large amounts of information on multiple IoT devices. I\'ve led data-driven, quantitative research to optimize e-commerce website’s information hierarchy to increase conversion rates by 48%.At Google, I launched 2 projects and initiated a Design Guideline to help the Local Inventory Ads team standardize information architecture and formats in desktop web and iOS mobile Ads to drive the local store shopping experience. Together with the team. We hit $1B in booking in 2021. In my latest role in LingoAce as a Senior Product Designer, I led the redesign of the LingoAce Mobile App, Tablet App from scratch, optimized the UX flow and initiated the UI design system to define specifications and design standards for the brand identity, accessibility, visual, and interaction language.
