ABOUT SAM HARVEY
Solicitor working in patent litigation with a broad practice across the technology sector. Experience working with a range of technologies, including wind turbines, fibre-optic cables, software as a service offerings and a number of standard essential patent (SEP) technologies. Extensive experience in UK FRAND litigation and coordinating international FRAND litigation. I have a Master\'s degree in physics from the University of Manchester with experience across a range of topics. My specialism was in the computer modelling of real-world dynamic systems such as urban growth. I gained distinctions in both the GDL and LPC before completing my training contract at Bristows LLP and qualified as a solicitor in Bristows\' patent litigation department in 2020. As a NQ, I completed my Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice at the University of Oxford in 2021.
