This is evident in my recent completion of the Green Belt Six Sigma certification. The most compelling example of this has been my successful 10-year career playing a leadership role in operations, quality control and management for leading companies like Eli Lilly. Outside of supply chain, I have a history of being passionate about my community too. This passion fueled me to contribute to directing and developing programs at the YMCA.
