ABOUT O. ANTONIO ANDUAGA BOCANEGRA
An international attorney with over a decade of experience across public and private sectors. With a dual qualification in Peruvian civil law and US common law, I bring a unique, multifaceted perspective to my work as an Adjunct Professor of Law and as a Compliance Project Manager. I specialise in International Business Transactions, Dispute Resolution, and Comparative Law. I am adept at leading teams through complex legal and regulatory challenges, from initial assessment to final implementation, ensuring that corporate and public sector initiatives meet stringent legal requirements. My career has included key roles in the judiciary and a variety of municipal government positions. I have successfully managed projects that ensure adherence to legal standards while fostering efficiency and mitigating risk. A dedicated advocate for legal education and public service, I serve on the Executive Council of the International Law Section of the CBA and lead the liaison program connecting law schools with the wider legal community. I actively contribute to the legal community through my role on the Executive Council of the International Law Section of the CBA, in which I champion a closer engagement between law schools and legal practitioners.
