Welcome! My name is Nzinga (in-zing-uh).At the core of my career is a deep commitment to education and advocacy for children. While education can take many forms, my path reflects the wide span of possibilities within the field—from classroom instruction and curriculum design to district-wide strategy, consulting, EdTech, and EdPolicy. I remain open to exploring these avenues, always with the goal of creating equitable systems and meaningful opportunities for students and educators alike.I am: • Known for motivating and aligning stakeholders toward shared goals, while building meaningful, lasting partnerships. • An innovative strategist skilled in implementing complex initiatives, analyzing data, and applying evidence-based strategies to spark sustainable growth. • Adept at delivering timely, accurate, and impactful solutions that address diverse challenges in education systems.My work spans instructional leadership, EdTech integration, DEIA initiatives, and contract-based consulting—all grounded in my passion for ensuring that voices at every level are heard, valued, and represented.Currently pursuing my EdD in Policy and Leadership at American University, I am focused on shaping systems and policies that empower educators and transform learning experiences.
