I started my career at Roc Search as an Associate Consultant and progressed to Principal Consultant within just two years, becoming a key member of the Engineering Permanent team. During this time, I specialised in the Manufacturing sector across the South West.I now sit within the Operations team as Lead Talent & Engagement Consultant, where I support Roc Search’s growth strategy by helping to expand our teams and strengthen our culture. Working closely with the management team, I focus on driving employee engagement and bringing new ideas to life across our social calendar, from events and charity initiatives, to sales days and more.

Lead Talent and Engagement Consultant @ Roc Search, Reading HQI joined Roc Search in 2021 as an Associate Consultant, at our Reading HQ, after seven years working in the hospitality and events industry. I started out on the Engineering Permanent desk and quickly progressed to Principal Recruitment Consultant within my first 18 months.Towards the end of 2025, I was given the opportunity to help rebuild our Talent Acquisition team. I successfully hired my colleague Keeley as an Associate Talent Acquisition Consultant and found that I really enjoyed working closely with the leadership team and being part of the wider growth of the business. Making the move into Talent Acquisition felt like a natural next step for me. Now, as Lead Talent & Engagement Consultant, I support Roc Search’s growth by helping us expand our teams and continue to build a strong, positive culture.
