I\'m currently immersed in exploring how to build a self-organising, organic and sustainable enterprise. A fascinating experiment to reimagine workplace culture and build a meaningful and intentional approach to realising our vision >> to help people strengthen self-discovery muscles and find more meaning in their work. After 15 years of working with businesses to seek collaborative solutions for a more sustainable future across energy, retail, FMCG and finance, I shifted focus to a more personal sustainability. My work and interests revolve around facilitative leadership, supporting inclusive workplace cultures and opportunities for self discovery; in pursuit of a more meaningful, human and equitable future. My leadership style is inspired by the talented people I\'ve had the opportunity to learn from. I\'ve developed specialisms in strategic planning, experience design, collaboration, system thinking, innovation process and online community building.
