   As the Content Team Lead, I provide web copy, content strategy, Google Ad copy and social media ad copy for a wide portfolio of new and existing hotel websites. I work closely with the team, clients, web designers, developers and project managers to create user-friendly, creative and strategic copy that makes each property stand out. As the Accessibility Program Manager, I provide consultation, customized templates and copy to make places of public accommodation compliant with the ADA and friendly to guests with disabilities. I coordinate technical accessibility audits and deliver results to adhere to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). I have consulted with dozens of branded and independent hotel clients and developers to update websites, describe property accessibility, and respond to lawsuits and letters.
