   I oversee all aspects of food production and inventory management at Holloman Air Force Base in Alamogordo, NM. Serving Airmen, their families, retirees, and contractors, this role ensures the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operation of an Air Force dining facility. Reporting to the general manager, I lead daily kitchen and storeroom operations, including forecasting, ordering, storing, and conducting bimonthly inventory counts. My responsibilities include supervising and training military storeroom personnel, maintaining food safety and physical safety standards, and ensuring compliance with both Sodexo and Air Force regulations. I also monitor food costs, control budgets, and utilize Sodexo and military systems for procurement, invoicing, and reporting.
