   Leading the retention stream for business tax / books to tax initiatives to serve Accountants and small to medium-sized business owners in US, UK, AU and Canada. Powered by LLM tools in my research and design workflows, my day to day work involves creating agentic experiences for small to medium business owners to make tax time a breeze.I enjoy deep researching, rethinking, challenging and crafting the vision of automated / AI and agentic powered experiences that not only solve pain points but also deliver delight to both business owners and accountants in their workflow. I take pleasure in zooming out by challenging current construct and thinking outside the walls of product seams, and also zooming into pixels and making sure that we deliver high calibre visual design. From strategic thinking, decision making/prioritisation, research planning and execution, insights mining from both qualitative and quantitative data, creation of customer journey maps with multiple actors, service design blueprint, prioritisation of opportunities using The Opportunity Tree framework, down to ideation, concept design iterations, lo-fi and hi-fi prototyping, usability testing, experimentation, event tracking to measure leading indicator of success, down to ensuring ready to groom designs. I’m heavily involved in the process end-to-end.
