My analyst role quickly became the second developer within Telephony, as a NICE CXOne Software developer within the Studio environment. Key activities: • I was responsible for development and delivery of SEI\'s Digital Experience platform, on the cutting edge with NICE, responsible for finding multiple bugs and known issues. • Developed and delivered all Salesforce Embedded Agent integration against 3 SF instances• Multiple automation and API integration efforts. • Extensive use of the NICE/InContact ACD, Digital, QM, Studio and AI platforms as we design build and deploy services supporting multiple universities dozens of departments and frontline agents. Hands on Project management, Program management, design, coding, QA testing and deploying.
