Manage acquisitions of value-add multifamily assets nationwide, including off-market and marketed opportunities. Present underwriting and investment memoranda to investment committee for potential acquisitions, submit LOI offers and manage the bidding process. Coordinate PSA negotiations, due diligence inspections with internal property management team and lenders and manage closing schedule. Oversee asset management team upon acquisition by reviewing monthly updates on asset performance and budget comparison, quarterly valuations as well as completing refinance and sale analyses. Finalize construction management renovation plans with internal unit tracker, managing construction/future funding draws, and site inspections.
