I am a detail-oriented Food Analyst with academic and professional expertise in R&D, NPD, and Food Safety Management Systems. Some examples include:* As a QC supervisor, I conducted quality checks efficiently and ensured consistent food production processes while maintaining the company\'s food safety and hygiene standards. Moreover, I oversaw inventory management to ensure seamless operations, utilising effective strategies to minimise waste. I also provide training to new staff members. Currently, I am conducting managerial responsibilities at Clements, including preparing weekly summaries, target sheets, KPIs, audits, and directing the team to deliver quality management system.* Developed a complete HACCP plan for canned tuna chunks, using validated control measures, designing production plant layout accordingly and ensuring the safety of the product throughout the processing.* As a Food Technologist and Technical Assistant, I developed the SOPs for the hotel\'s inventory, production kitchen, and hand washing SOP.
