Re-platformed the main application from a monolithic file base with interlocked dependency graphs to NX to set the foundation for MFE\'s and one way dependency graphs- Leading and setting patterns on composable architecture with packages in an NX mono repo- Implemented task parallelisation and remote caching via Vercel and GitHut actions, reducing CI time and improving visibility- Contributed heavily to AI initiatives for improving our usage with AI tools, creating patterns and knowledge sharing via demos and articles- Developed the entire new sign up > conversion flow with a new feature call Joyride, giving users 45 days to \"trial\" the project with a full feature set- Whole new wizard created that walks the user through setting up their space for multiple roles, all controlled via the app for product to manage - Removal of payment gateways and implementation of nudges to encourage conversions to paid plans upon experiencing the product - Custom downgrade flow to vastly improve the UX, allowing users to make informed decisions on their current usage vs the plan they select, and to manage those limits in one concise flow- Improved users experiencing the demo flow by >15% with a new implementation of the \"Getting Started\" area- Mentoring other members of the front end team on component composition, frontend patterns, Typescript and VueJS- Formed a strong relationship with the product and design team that enabled us to ship complex features quickly- Received a quarterly recognition spot award for outstanding contributions in ownership and delivery of key features and setting standards in my 2nd quarter
