For aerospace requirement for AQMS in Quality department, Daily Processes,Documentation, record keeping Procedures.• Internal and external audit of Aerospace Quality Management System AS9100 and NADCAP.• Ensuring that all form, formats & records are maintained on daily basis.• preparation of root cause and corrective action by 7QC tool must.• Maintaining product and process quality and Safety.• Good knowledge of composite manufacturing ACFB, Sheet Metal, Metallic Components & Autoclave Curing.• Monitoring & reviewing process quality issues & resolving issues nicely to smooth Production runwith good quality product.• Qualifications and Re-Qualifications of Equipment.• In-process Quality, Final Inspections and Visual and Instrumental inspection of AdvanceComposite floor beam, Sheet metal & machining Metallic Components.• Cold store monitoring for composite raw material at (-18 F) temperature.• Autoclave curing for Advance composite manufacturing on 355+/-10F. temperature.• (FOD) Foreign object Damage, and debris management.• Working with basic requirement for Clean room area of class 7 and 8.• Non-conformance handling, defect, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.• Working on SAP-HANA and ERP for on time Operation, batch conformation & Material and Consumable issue.• Prepared First Article Inspection and Delta FAI as per AS9102.•(OSV-AS9146) Operator Self Verification Maintain and Implementation.
